Meet Muluh Godson, a visionary computer science teacher who transformed a resource-deprived school into a thriving tech hub.

With only 5 computers for dozens of students, Godson developed “Miya”, a crowdfunding app that raised vital funds to refurbish the computer lab.

Today, the GBHS Mudeka found in Tiko sub-division boasts of over 30 computers and has become a certified GCE Examination Centre for Computer Science. Most remarkably, Godson’s initiative has empowered young female students to pursue careers in STEM, breaking down barriers and unlocking new possibilities.

Godson was recently appointed as a National Pedagogic Inspector for Computer Science by the Minister of Secondary Education, Mme. Nalova Lyonga.

It should be noted that Muluh Godson made Cameroonians proud last year by emerging best in the category of the 2024 Google Gemini A.I competition with his project TRIPPY winning the 1st prize (50.000 USD ~ approx. 30 million XAF) amongst 119 participating countries.
