Micheal Jackai Ekpo born in 1998 best known by his stage name “Lil Nero” is a Song Writer and Rapper who hails from Tiko in the South West Region of Cameroon.
Lil Nero was born in the South West Region of Cameroon, his love for music has been growing when he was at the age of twelve (12) and he kick-started a music career at the age of nineteen (19). In an interview he was asked what his goals are and he said this “I am going to be the face of Cameroon rap in the nearest feature and I’ll eventually provoke a change in the world”. Let’s see how he plans to do that now!
In 2019 he dropped a dope project which was titled “Gum for Bone” (https://youtu.be/P-rg6BhvcgA) and “Waka Dugbe” (https://youtu.be/hFaOGYWYmQA) which became a very popular project and the then Miss Cameroon danced to the tune of the jam.
In 2020, Lil Nero was not slowing down as he dropped “Rap Samurai” (https://youtu.be/WaYwbOsGwQ4) and “Inside Mboko” (https://youtu.be/cELS2hbHHKk).

Lil Nero is currently signed under the record label Green House Entertainment (GH55).
Mary Ndinge Lyonga is a marketing assistant at Eagle Wings and Spice Located at Mutengene, Tiko Road.
She was once a Volunteer at the Tiko Council Community Radio for a period of 3 months under the Leadership of Mme Sarah Nkongho as the Station Manager. She is a graduate from the department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Social and Management Science, University of Buea.
