Save a Child Foundation in partnership with Tiko-based NGO, Mukoko’s Hope Foundation has today Saturday, September 7th distributed 500 books and other materials to pupils/students in Mudeka, Tiko sub-division as part of their Back-to-School outreach.
Speaking to Tiko Magazine, the Founder of Mukoko’s Hope Foundation, Mr. Tanga John highlighted the fact that the outreach is aimed at helping parents prepare their children for the new academic year thereby reducing their financial burden in acquiring some of the donated materials.
Mukoko’s Hope Foundation (MUKHOF) is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) headquartered in Tiko, with a vision to alleviate poverty through sustainable human development activities in connection with its focus areas (Health, Education and Agriculture).
Mary Ndinge Lyonga is a marketing assistant at Eagle Wings and Spice Located at Mutengene, Tiko Road.
She was once a Volunteer at the Tiko Council Community Radio for a period of 3 months under the Leadership of Mme Sarah Nkongho as the Station Manager. She is a graduate from the department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Social and Management Science, University of Buea.
