Residents of Tchombes Quarter in Tiko Subdivision took to the streets on Wednesday, May 21, 2025, to protest against a power outage that has lasted for over four weeks.
The community, home to GCE and other examination candidates, is suffering from spoiled food, dying businesses, and increased cost of living.
After marching to the Tiko Divisional Officer’s office, the residents were assured by the Divisional Officer (D.O) Mr. Voh Amstrong Kawah that ENEO management would restore power by Saturday, May 31st.
