Weeks to the kickstart of the 2025/2026 academic year, Tiko Elites Cultural and Development Association under the distinguished patronage of Hon. Findi Stanley, MP Fako East Constituency recently donated back to school materials to pupils and students within Tiko sub-division.
The ceremony that took place on Thursday, August 21st 2025 was chaired by the First Assistant SDO for Fako, Mr. Awa Dean Chi who represented the SDO and saw over 2000 pupils and students within Tiko sub-division received back to school materials.
The donation ceremony that was spiced with speeches from the President of TECUDA, Mr. Paul Etoke, MP for Fako East Constituency, Hon. Findi Stanley and First Assistant SDO for Fako, Mr. Awa Chi witnessed animation by cultural dance groups.
Mary Ndinge Lyonga is a marketing assistant at Eagle Wings and Spice Located at Mutengene, Tiko Road.
She was once a Volunteer at the Tiko Council Community Radio for a period of 3 months under the Leadership of Mme Sarah Nkongho as the Station Manager. She is a graduate from the department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Social and Management Science, University of Buea.
