The Friendship Circle (TFC) today Wednesday January 17th, 2024 donated modern hospital beds to some five Health Centres in the South West and North West regions.
The donation ceremony that took place at the esplanade of the Tiko District Hospital was chaired by the Representative of South West Governor, Mr.Nkem Ngong Desire in the presence of the 1st Deputy Mayor of Tiko Council, Hon. Efite Andrew representing Mayor HRH Peter Ikome Mesoso III, the Assistant Divisional Officer of Tiko, Mr. Egbe Elvis, Limbe City Mayor, Mr. Efome Paul and representatives of the various Health Centres.
The donation which is TFC’s community outreach 2024 Hospital Beds project, saw ten modern hospital beds each handed to Five Health Centres in the South West and North West regions namely; Tiko Health District, Muyuka Health District, Mile 16 Bolifamba Integrated Health Centre, Bobende Health Centre in Limbe and Mbengwi District Hospital in the North West.
It should be noted that The Friendship Circle is made up of Cameroonians based in the United States of America.
