It was an awesome moment today in the Tiko Municipality as we made welcome the newly appointed Divisional Officer of the Tiko Subdivision.
Voh Yukame Amstrong Kawah who was born in Yaounde on the 15th of November 1975, grew up in his community until he became a Public Administrator in Yaounde.
He was also the Assistant to the Senior Divisional Officer of Yaounde 1, occupied several positions in his country, was the Divisional Officer at Douala 5eme until the 18th of December 2020 when he was appointed by the President of the Republic HE Paul Biya to the Tiko Sub Division.
He was installed today 6th of January 2021 at the Tiko match pass section popularly known as the Tiko Grand Stand. This occasion, was followed by Senior Divisional Officer of Fako , the Lord Major of Tiko, Senator, members of the constitutional council, clergy, chiefs and many more important dignitaries in the country.
He was well received by the Tiko population and showed so much love by the chiefdom community.
Mary Ndinge Lyonga is a marketing assistant at Eagle Wings and Spice Located at Mutengene, Tiko Road.
She was once a Volunteer at the Tiko Council Community Radio for a period of 3 months under the Leadership of Mme Sarah Nkongho as the Station Manager. She is a graduate from the department of Journalism and Mass Communication, Faculty of Social and Management Science, University of Buea.
