The Cameroon Football Family is still in total shock and consternation following the sudden death of popular Cameroonian Footballer, Joel Etogue alias “Zaza”.
The celebrated player’s death was announced today Wednesday June 28th 2023, after he had been involved in a ghastly accident in Limbe some days back while heading for training.
The 32 year old midfielder captained UMS of Loum to elite league titles in 2016 and 2019 as well as Cup of Cameroon triumph in 2015.
Currently playing for ambitious Southwest Regional League side ISOHSA of Limbe, Etogue also played for Yong Sports Academy of Bamenda and FC Ebolowa before joining ISOHSA this season.
His death is a bitter peel to swallow for the entire Cameroon Football Family.
