The Fako Elite and Development Organization, FEDO Tiko branch has donated items to the Tiko District Hospital. The donation exercise that took place on Monday May 22nd, 2023 at the court yard of the Tiko District hospital was championed by the President of FEDO Tiko chapter, Senator Lionel Fonderson Papinatu in the company of some of its members.
Receiving the items, the Director of the Tiko District hospital, Dr. Ayafor Eric thanked FEDO Tiko chapter for coming and called on them to come back again with more.
While handing the items, the President of FEDO Tiko chapter, Senator Lionel Fonderson Papinatu called on the hospital’s management to use the gifts judiciously especially at the pediatric ward and reminded them that FEDO Tiko chapter has the Tiko District hospital at heart as some years back they donated beds to the institution.
Items donated were; toiletries, water, detergent, soap, “eau de javel” among others.
It should be noted that since FEDO Tiko chapter was revived years back, the members have been doing alot by carrying out donations in institutions throughout the bub division and beyond.
