Tiko’s international pro footballer, NGAH RONALD WANJA takes a fresh start and leaves Al Khor Sporting Club Qatar ?? to join Hajer Club in Saudi second first for the 2023-2024 season.
The management of Hajer Club, headed by Mr. Hamad Al-Arifi made the news public on Tuesday, August 1st 2023 publishing the player’s photo and announcing his one year deal joining the likes of Ngolo Kante, Karim Benzema and Sadio Mane in Saudi Arabia.
The “Goal Scoring Machine”, Wanja has represented several clubs, most notably Al-Qadisiyah and Al-Jahra in Kuwait, and the Egyptian Smouha Club. He also played for the Jordanian Al-Salt Club and won the ‘Top Scorer’ title in the Jordanian Professional League in the 2021-2022 season, after that he also represented the Malaysian team Kedah Darul and also won the ‘Top Scorer’ title in the AFC Cup.
This new deal ends Wanja’s incredible one season stay at Al Khor Sporting Club Qatar ?? which he contributed in the club’s promotion to the Qatari top flight championship (Qatar Stars League) scoring multiple goals.
On his part, Ronald expressed his happiness at being in the Saudi stadiums through the Hajer Club, hoping that he would contribute to achieving victories with the team and contribute to achieving the aspirations of the club’s fans.
The former Cotonsport forward together with his new team mates are in pre-season preparing for his new adventure in the Saudi league.
