The General Manager of the Cameroon Development Corporation (CDC), Franklin Ngoni Njie, has officially announced that five workers of CDC have been killed, in an attack by unknown gunmen.
The CDC boss made the announcement in a communiqué, in which he regretted that forty four more persons are still laying in the hospitals with severe injuries sustained from the attack.
He further adds that, the attack was carried out on a truck at the Mondoni Oil Mill in Tiko sub-division, Fako division of the South West region of Cameroon.
It should however be noted that, this is not the first time, workers of the CDC are witnessing attack, which has caused the deaths of many workers.
Mary Ndinge Lyonga is a marketing assistant at Eagle Wings and Spice Located at Mutengene, Tiko Road.
